The organization responsible for the record.

It is possible to use the Observation Download Application to generate calls to the service. Choose parameters from the page, and press SEARCH with Output Format set to Table. Then change the Output Format to Bar Delimited, and press SEARCH again. Another window will open, containing the URL (the call to http://www.calflora.org/app/download with all parameters), and showing the result set as text.
