Packera eurycephala var. lewisrosei, a dicot, is a perennial herb that is native to California and is endemic (limited) to California alone.

Communities: Chaparral, Foothill Woodland, Yellow Pine Forest
Affinity to serpentine soil:   5.8 (strict endemic)   [Safford et al 2005]
Wetlands:Occurs in wetlands in another region, but occurs almost always under natural conditions in non wetlands in California [U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.]
